WHO IS CORNING TROPEL?
Corning Tropel is a leading tech manufacturer of metrology instruments made in the USA. Their products include the FlatMaster Optical Metrology System, FlatMaster Wafer Form Analysis System, FlatMaster Surface Form Analysis System, the UltraFlat, and the UltraSort. All these products are used via the TMS software which provides rich data and visual interface.
Corning Tropel manufactures a complete line of non-contact metrology instruments that measure surface form for flatness, parallelism, height, depth, surface finish, roughness or thickness, with sub-micron to nanometer accuracy in just seconds.
